US Housing Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, coordinating projects, and supporting our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff schedules and travel arrangements
  • Engage with clients through emails and calls to provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct data research online to support client needs
  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Manage client data through software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the team by contributing to additional work as assigned
Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
