About the Role:
The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This individual is responsible for greeting guests, completing the intake process, scheduling appointments, and monitoring waiting room activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete patient intake process, including registration and demographic information
- Schedule patient appointments and manage waitlists
- Monitor waiting room activity and ensure a smooth flow of patients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Flexibility with scheduling for occasional Saturday or weekday evening hours
- Ability to travel between sites within Manchester
