About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team at Global Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch guest service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate the point of sale system, maintain proper cash and lottery levels, and adhere to corporate standards.
  • Complete all store housekeeping functions, including cleaning, dusting, and replenishing products and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and vendors, and conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring a seamless and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions and work in intermittent temperatures.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to count, read, and write accurately.
