Position Summary

As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both front and back of house teams, engaging in various sales assistance, point-of-sale (POS) operations, inventory management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Assistance

  • Act as a GUCCI Ambassador, greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, and guiding them to available Client Advisors.
  • Enhance the selling process by ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Assist Client Advisors in preparing for high-value client appointments, managing consignments, and facilitating transactions.
  • Provide dressing room support to enhance the shopping experience for clients.
  • Handle incoming calls with a high level of professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Identify client needs to assist them in navigating the store effectively.

Point-of-Sale Operations

  • Support the payment and packing processes to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
  • Manage store transfer requests, charge sends, and product inquiries efficiently.
  • Accurately document client information to complete transactions in accordance with company standards.

Inventory Management

  • Assist sales staff in retrieving various styles and sizes from inventory.
  • Participate in store cycle counts and scheduled inventory checks, collaborating with the Store Director/Team Manager Operations.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure all return and exchange documentation is escalated to management for proper processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GUCCI products and company policies, particularly regarding credit, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related field.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service priorities and needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Authorization

Qualified candidates must possess the necessary work authorization to be employed in the United States.

The estimated base salary range is $21.60 USD to $24.00 USD.
