- Store Performance: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including creating and implementing visual displays, window displays, and in-store promotions.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies, including monitoring for theft and shrinkage, to protect the store's assets and revenue.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or contemporary fashion environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a passion for customer service and sales.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
