Customer Service Representative

LAZ Parking - $17.50/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and secure parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with parking inquiries and provide timely resolutions to their concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Monitor the parking lot for any safety or security concerns, taking prompt action to address any issues that arise.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
