Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial food equipment for our valued customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, ware washers, weigh wrap systems, baking equipment, and refrigeration units.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service and repair for commercial food equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with a variety of equipment types.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and updates.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical repair or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
