We're on the hunt for a talented Retail Sales Director to join our world-class Enterprise Retail sales team. As a Retail Sales Director, you'll be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar book of business, working in a pod structure with multiple sellers, and carrying the entire sales and renewal process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and renew high-ROI SaaS solutions with poise, personality, and confidence.
  • Demonstrate and defend the value proposition of Bazaarvoice products and services.
  • Operate as a true business owner, working in a team structure with Junior Sellers, Sellers, Client Success Directors, and Solutions Consultants.
  • Act as a true Account Manager, overseeing almost all aspects of the client's business.
  • Drive conversational discovery dialogue with customers to reveal underlying pain-points and understand their unique needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relative experience in Retail Sales, SaaS sales, or Internet marketing.
  • A background in successfully managing a portfolio of Enterprise Retailers and consistently exceeding Revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to strategically approach a sales cycle through analysis, creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Effectively create and articulate ROI in the negotiation process to bring the utmost value to both our customers, the consumers they serve, and Bazaarvoice.
  • Demonstrated passion and energy, both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build and manage an effective pipeline and communicate proactively with leadership throughout each phase of the sales process.
  • A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors in our space.
