Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team.

About the Role

As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our patients, their families, and our healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Document patient care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience preferred
