Job Summary

The Private Duty Nurse LVN will be responsible for implementing and coordinating patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and providing education and support to patients and their families. This is a full-time position with a variety of scheduling options available.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate patient care plans in accordance with physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience as a LPN/LVN in a clinical care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
