Key Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing Specialist for Local Marketing to elevate our brand presence and drive traffic to retail locations. The successful candidate will be adept in brand stewardship, digital marketing, strategic planning, and budget management. This position is vital for our expansion, concentrating on creative strategies to enhance Boost's market engagement and retail visibility, ultimately driving market share growth.

Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Local Marketing and coordinate with various teams to meet objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conceptualize, plan, promote, and implement quarterly marketing initiatives and local events.
  • Exhibit product expertise to consumers and expand market share within your designated area.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to pinpoint market opportunities and develop an event schedule.
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses for event collaborations.
  • Conduct post-event assessments, relay updates to leadership, and ensure compliance and accuracy in event execution.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (or 10 years in sales/sales management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role with direct or indirect retail channel involvement.
  • Experience in selling wireless products or services is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel for two weeks each month for market visits in the Southern region.
  • Capability to devise a strategic plan and drive its execution while collaborating cross-functionally across various departments and organizational levels.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $72,350.00 to $103,400.00 per year.
