Account Manager

At the Central California Blood Center, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our blood donation programs by cultivating and expanding business-to-business relationships across the Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit donors and increase participation at blood drives and donor centers.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, schools, hospitals, and other community organizations.
  • Promotional Leadership: Design and execute promotional activities to boost awareness and participation in our blood drives.
  • Presentations & Tours: Deliver impactful presentations to various groups and conduct engaging tours of the Blood Center.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop reports and track recruitment activity to continuously optimize our efforts.
  • Training & Development: Coach and support blood drive chairs and volunteers to ensure their success.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing needs with a willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Communication Pro: You excel at conveying information clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Relationship Builder: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you can establish and maintain strong working relationships with ease.
  • Problem Solver: You have strong critical thinking skills and can navigate challenges independently while working effectively as part of a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with computer systems and can leverage technology to enhance your work.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Willingness to Travel: You're ready and able to travel throughout our five-county service area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
