Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Section Leader to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a group of multi-disciplinary system engineers and ensuring they have suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of a team of system engineers
  • Ensure employees have suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Contribute to technical oversight of employees and monitor program execution
  • Provide radar system subject matter expertise in support of program efforts and proposal activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in empowering employees, leading and motivating teams, and fostering collaboration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance

The salary range for this role is $118,000 - $246,000. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
