Job Title: Business Development Representative

Tricentis GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to join our growing Marketing team. As a BDR at Tricentis, you will have the opportunity to lead the initial outreach to targeted commercial and enterprise accounts, working in conjunction with the Field and Digital Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Tricentis Sales organization.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts to identify key players and generate interest in Tricentis' value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed BDR-sourced Opportunity volume targets by leveraging creative marketing and sales tactics to engage with multiple buyer personas and roles.
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and work towards having a variety of touches on all leads in your assigned territory.
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce, while working in collaboration with Field and Corporate Marketing to drive attendance at regional marketing events.
  • Act as a mentor for new BDR hires, helping them navigate their key accounts and work in collaboration with Digital Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts.
Qualifications:
  • A positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills, with a self-starter mentality and a track record of successful, credible achievements.
  • Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure, with a determined personality and a desire to grow and win.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar products), with 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment, preferably in sales development, marketing, and/or sales.
  • Previous tech industry experience or experience in outbound prospecting is a plus, with globally excellent written and spoken English, which is our company language.
