Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at BSW Group Inc Defunct. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new prospective customers and create targeted sales campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and deliver proposals to current and future clients
- Respond to customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with various sales strategies, including solutions selling
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results while working independently with minimal supervision
