Guest Experience Senior Team Lead

Original X Productions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Senior Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and sound judgment to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Guest Experience Team Members to ensure they are performing to a high standard and delivering great service with guest engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Guest Experience Manager and other department heads.
- Collaborate with the operations management team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including ticketing, cash management, attraction operations, and guest services.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of guest experience.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience in a guest-focused business.
- At least one year of experience in the attractions and amusement industry, with a strong understanding of ticketing systems and guest services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to guest complaints and issues.
