Job Overview

As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc., you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing an exceptional arrival and departure experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and offering property/guest room orientations.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in, checkout, and room changes, as well as delivering newspapers, messages, packages, mail, and other items to guest rooms, meeting rooms, and offices.
  • Bell Service: Store and retrieve luggage for guests, utilize bell carts effectively, and maintain their cleanliness.
  • Guest Orientation: Provide guests with information about the property's facilities, services, hours of operation, in-house events, conferences, and amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the valet to coordinate the efficient handling of luggage and follow up on guest requests, inquiries, etc.
  • Communication: Maintain positive and professional communication with all staff, listen to comments, criticisms, and feedback from guests, employees, and managers to gain an understanding of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school degree preferred and/or previous work experience in service for at least 2 years.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move throughout the business (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time, and to regularly move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds/25 kilograms.
