We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests
- Move about the space and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
