Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests
  • Move about the space and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
