The Director of Sales is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Minto Group. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, market conditions, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive sales innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
