Job Summary

ClinDCast is seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by partnering with globally recognized healthcare organizations and offering them innovative solutions and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with our cross-functional teams to grasp project objectives and testing requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Automation Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute automation strategies using Selenium and/or Functionize, driving efficiency and quality in our testing processes.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

Identify and troubleshoot issues across teams, driving resolution and ensuring minimal downtime.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

Document issues in JIRA and propel continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our processes are always optimized.

Support and Audit Preparation

Provide support for IT audit responses and assist in audit preparations, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

Review and SOP Development

Review IT Change Management tickets and aid in SOP drafting and training, ensuring our processes are always up-to-date.

Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of QA Automation Experience

Proven experience in QA automation, with a strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Selenium, Functionize, and SQL, with a strong understanding of technical writing and compliance.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, with a preference for ISTQB AL Test Automation Engineer certification.

Software Skills

Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of computer systems validation life cycle.
