Company Overview

As a pivotal member of the On-Premise division, you will report directly to the Director of On-Premise. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the sales and marketing efforts of Red Bull North America (RBNA) across On-Premise accounts within your designated territory. You will lead a dedicated team of On-Premise Specialists, known as Musketeers, ensuring optimal coverage to maximize our investments and elevate our brand presence in the On-Premise sector.

Key Responsibilities

AREA MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the area through effective team management.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential On-Premise partners.
  • Engage in field activities with Musketeers for over four days each week.
  • Oversee partnership agreements, payments, and budget allocations.
  • Analyze regional and account-specific data to assess business impacts.
  • Guide the team to ensure On-Premise staff are well-versed in brand standards and execution.
  • Guarantee that accounts receive dedicated service from Musketeers to boost sales.
  • Facilitate premium On-Premise activations and High 5 executions at third-party events.
  • Utilize global and national events strategically within appropriate venues.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment and optimize spending.
  • Monitor market dynamics and maintain competitive intelligence.

BUSINESS PLANNING

  • Execute National and Regional Business Plans effectively.
  • Ensure alignment of strategies and activities with RBNA guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of the regional business plan and budget.

EXECUTION STANDARDS

  • Ensure optimal visibility to enhance sales performance.
  • Manage menu listings and cooler displays to adhere to guidelines and planograms.
  • Guarantee that consumers receive a cold Red Bull can when ordered.
  • Promote effective activation tools and communication strategies.
  • Encourage appropriate pricing for Red Bull and its cocktails in all managed accounts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the On-Premise industry.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
