Job SummaryThe Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for expanding our referral base through strategic marketing campaigns and serving as an industry resource for our current referral networks. This position's goal will be to double our brand awareness with traditional and strategic campaigns for our existing referral sources and grow our overall referral base by consistently bringing on 20 new referral relationships weekly.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and market to various business types and referral sources
- Develop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and association meetings to cultivate new referral sources
- Manage marketing materials and reorder necessary items for referral cultivation
- Manage company swag and leave-behind gifts/food for referral sources within a set budget
- Work with internal staff to stay informed on all referral sources and jobs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience meeting with customers and qualifying leads
- Proven sales performance with an average increase over time
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of software
- Full understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Email marketing experience with Constant Contact or MailChimp
- CRM management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all potential referral sources
- Experience with trade show operations
