A prominent global supplier in the automotive components sector is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to become part of their team.

This role will encompass the complete engineering processes. Candidates who are eager for varied work settings and opportunities for professional advancement are encouraged to consider this position. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer Include:
  • Implementing designs based on technical schematics and CAD software
  • Developing, programming, and testing electrical systems and PLCs
  • Collaborating with clients and engineers to discuss engineering initiatives
  • Establishing installation standards or specifications through detailed calculations
  • Investigating customer feedback and determining solutions to emerging issues
  • Maintaining and enhancing electrical instruments and equipment products
  • Complying with safety and environmental regulations
  • Analyzing technical challenges and preventing defects
  • Modifying system upgrades to align with cost requirements
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Electrical Engineer Include:


A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience in roles such as Machine Programmer or Controls Engineer.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing, including professional training, troubleshooting, setup, and repair of machinery or equipment
Experience with PLC systems is advantageous
Ability to read and interpret ladder logic diagrams
Capability to foster effective working relationships

While executing the responsibilities of this role, you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift over 25 pounds with assistance, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear.

You may also need to utilize close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
