VisionsHR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our leadership team. This vital role involves coordinating all aspects of business meetings and events, managing calendars, and serving as a master of Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support – Coordinate all aspects of business meetings and events, including travel coordination, expense reporting, and data entry.
  • Communication and Correspondence – Review and respond to correspondence, draft responses for the Executive Team, and maintain a professional and courteous tone.
  • Expense Management – Manage expenses, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • General Administrative Support – Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of Three Years of experience supporting an executive or manager.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative Problem-Solving and Practical Time Management Skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
