Nexus Dynamics is a leading provider in the hearing aid industry, and as part of our mission to make hearing accessible to all, we are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

  • As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing personalized consultations and ensuring they receive the best possible hearing experience.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, conducting hearing tests and measurements, and fine-tuning hearing systems and hearing assistance systems.
  • Our team is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest hearing aid and sound technologies, and we expect our Hearing Aid Specialist to do the same.
  • You will work closely with our team to maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a hearing care professional and have a strong understanding of hearing aid technology and sound systems.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
