Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring carts are available and organized.
- Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify of delayed pickup times, informing members of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
