Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Management: Oversee the accounting process for our locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Reminder Management: Coordinate and manage reminders for outstanding payments and invoices.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Digital Invoice Processing: Manage the digital processing of invoices, ensuring seamless and efficient payment processing.
