Libra Solutions Group is on the lookout for a Risk Assessment Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be tasked with evaluating inheritance funding requests to ascertain the viability of each case for approval.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence analysis to inform funding decisions, including the examination of probate, real estate, and financial documents.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to evaluate the merits and risks associated with each case.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to streamline case evaluations and facilitate funding processes.
  • Engage with clients and legal representatives as necessary throughout the evaluation phase.
  • Provide informed recommendations regarding case approvals and rejections.
  • Maintain meticulous records to support decision-making processes, ensuring all case materials are accurately documented.
  • Assist in managing the portfolio and participate in various ad hoc projects as required.
  • Gain insights into the probate process and contribute to innovative operational improvements.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Underwriting, or a Paralegal role, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities, along with sound judgment and familiarity with legal documentation, are essential.
  • Experience in probate matters is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in underwriting or portfolio management is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
