Key Responsibilities as a Home Maintenance Expert:

  • Effectively create, present, and communicate project estimates.
  • Quickly identify challenges and devise practical solutions.
  • Carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and precision.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
  • Procure and manage materials as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to surpass business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience as a handyman or in a comparable role, showcasing proficiency in various trades.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Possession of professional-grade tools for diverse tasks.
  • Licensed and insured to operate company vehicles.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Skilled in working safely at heights and overhead for extended durations.
  • Committed to maintaining a professional appearance and caring for company-provided vehicles.

Benefits & Compensation:
