Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Sales Director to lead our Los Feliz (Los Angeles) location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Support Patient Care Coordinators to drive sales and contribute to a personal sales quota.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track progress on CRM initiatives, return revenue, and NPS scores to ensure all clinic KPIs are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Regularly review patient schedules, coordinate labor staffing, and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire teamwork between remote and in-clinic sales teams, fostering a cooperative and positive atmosphere aligned with our company values.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Assist Lead Clinicians and Clinicians to provide timely, high-quality treatments and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage medical inventory and oversee location maintenance, working with facilities and technology teams to address issues promptly.
  • Employee Development: Assist in hiring, performance management, and employee relations in coordination with HR and regional teams.
  • Brand Standards: Execute our brand standards, maintain a clean and welcoming facility, and monitor online reviews to maintain high ratings.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish our company as a key community member.
  • Safety Culture: Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales and management experience with a proven track record in achieving metrics and goals.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment, full availability to work all shifts, and high-level decision-making skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong customer service skills.
