About the Role

Buck Mason is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Establish a positive and productive store environment that fosters a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and address areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional and exceeds their expectations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Operations
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
    • Ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Business Performance and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
    • Prepare and present regular business reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a menswear brand or environment.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving business performance.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications, such as retail management or sales training.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Service-focused and customer-obsessed.
    • Commercially aware and results-driven.
    • Passionate about fashion and luxury brands.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Compensation and Benefits

Buck Mason offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus an annual bonus of no less than 2% of the store's net profit. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
