Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Andrew Radler. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Educate prospective customers on different products available to drive revenue
  • Provide a positive customer experience and prompt communication

Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven by metrics to meet/exceed sales goals
