Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts IT support functions related to client interactions and internal applications, providing assistance for systems and hardware issues, and may engage with users for problem resolution at Tier II level.
  • Facilitates Tier 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software on networked PCs operating on MS Windows.
  • Executes hardware installations and configurations for PC and Unix systems.
  • Oversees various administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: physical inventory management, online monitoring, and report generation.
  • Establishes and maintains MS Windows domain accounts, addressing operating system and network challenges on desktop PCs and servers.
  • Performs fundamental UNIX tasks, including but not limited to evening backup tape operations.
  • Updates and maintains web pages utilizing HTML editing tools.
  • Undertakes additional related tasks as assigned.
