Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

At GPAC, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Lines department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a select portfolio of high-end Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and streamline departmental workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Commercial Lines to oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the department, including cross-selling and expanding coverage options.
  • Drive the achievement of agency goals and performance objectives, ensuring outstanding results.
  • Enhance the client service experience, continuously seeking ways to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports to assess progress toward departmental goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a productive and positive work environment within the department, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites.
  • Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
  • An active MA P & C License, with a strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic, with the ability to navigate complex systems and software.
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate complex software and systems.
