Position Summary:

Established in 2011 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we offer a comprehensive CRM platform designed to assist real estate agents in managing and nurturing their client relationships effectively.
We are in search of a highly skilled individual to become a vital member of our dynamic Front Line Support team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with expertise and care.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal contact for all CINC clients.
- Provide expert guidance and insights regarding the full range of CINC products and solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to enhance product utilization and foster business growth.
- Educate clients on product features and upcoming releases.
- Advise clients on best practices and effective use of CINC products.
- Understand client requirements and gather feedback, advocating for their needs throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met, coordinating with implementation, sales, marketing, finance, and product departments.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, chat, and service request emails as part of our fast-paced team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or client success within a SaaS environment.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and clients with varying priorities.
- Hands-on contributor with a strong desire to assist clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML and browser compatibility.
- Empathetic approach to understanding client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and enhancing customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Commitment to CINC's mission and core values.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
- Real estate industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Track record of achieving retention, satisfaction, and adoption goals.
