Training and Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Director to join our team at USfalcon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs, including curriculum design, learning module creation, and training material development.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Manage outsourced education partners and plan and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capability for program delivery.
  • Evaluate training delivery methods and adjust strategies as needed to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools and evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze training feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of our learning management system (LMS), including content management, user management, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning technology to recommend and implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of related experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs in various formats, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
