HR Professional with Benefits Administration Expertise

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Emergency Physicians Professional Association. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting benefits administration, participating in recruitment efforts, managing leave administration, and assisting with affirmative action programs.

As an HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including enrollment, re-enrollment, education, claims resolution, change reporting, and reconciliation of invoices for payment. You will also participate in orientations as assigned and ensure new-employee onboarding is complete.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resource management and a minimum of three years' experience in the HR field. Preference will be given to individuals with HR healthcare experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer is required, and working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (modules and portal) is a plus. Human Resources PHR or SHRM certification is also desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will be able to read and interpret written information, present numerical data effectively, and speak clearly during meetings.

This full-time hybrid position offers a competitive hourly wage between $29-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes PTO, 401k profit sharing, medical and dental coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and long-term care. We also offer free on-site parking, half-day Fridays, and a flexible schedule between 6am-6pm.
