Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department at Emergency Physicians Professional Association. This includes maintaining accurate records, processing personnel documents, and coordinating recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
  • Process personnel documents, including new hire packets and benefit enrollments.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
