We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team at ProCare HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of our IT infrastructure, drive innovative strategies, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze departmental needs and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all IT vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring best practices and security.
  • Develop, refine, and implement IT processes, policies, and procedures to align with business needs.
  • Recommend, procure, and manage hardware, software, and IT-related services and equipment inventory.
  • Perform server administration tasks, manage user accounts, and ensure seamless system integration across network components.
  • Proactively identify IT issues and work with departments to implement solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, with a proven ability to independently manage and troubleshoot a wide range of IT functions.
  • Hands-on experience with systems like Device Management, Windows OS, Office 365, Intune MDM, Azure, PowerShell, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Expertise in configuring, installing, and maintaining both hardware and software systems.
  • A strong background in developing IT processes, policies, and procedures for business alignment and efficiency.
  • The ability to provide technical support and training to employees, helping them effectively navigate and troubleshoot new systems.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000. Compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors, including skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
