We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at MRA - The Management Association, Inc.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services to member companies. With a strong background in payroll and benefits administration, this professional will provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring seamless support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to member companies, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR challenges, developing effective solutions to drive business growth and success.
  • Maintain accurate billable service records and complete semi-monthly time reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple payroll software systems, including ADP WFN, UKG Pro, Paylocity, Paycom, and/or Paycor.
  • Valid driver's license or ability to travel on-site to member companies within a one-hour radius of our Golden Valley, MN office.
