Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive support to our CEO, including:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar, commitments, and email.
  • Evaluating and prioritizing issues presented to the CEO.
  • Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communication.
  • Preparing presentation materials for the CEO.
  • Coordinating company events and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience providing executive assistance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information and using good judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop constructive working relationships.
