Job Overview
Pinnacle Treatment Centers VA - I LLC, a growing leader in addiction treatment services, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. This role will be responsible for managing office billing and collections, ensuring compliance with cash handling policies/procedures, purchasing supplies, and managing expenses.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and accident insurance. We also provide 18 days of paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals, families, and communities. As an Office Manager at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, you will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and evaluation of clerical staff, managing clerical team schedules, and tracking Medicaid/Medicare eligibility verification. You will also be responsible for managing supply orders, cash collection and daily balancing, welcoming visitors/patients, and performing all other related tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining security, coordinating appointments, communicating relevant information to supervisory staff, managing accounts receivable/accounts payable/deposits, and maintaining a safe and clean reception area.

Requirements
We are seeking an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in an office setting. A valid driver's license in good standing and localized travel up to 10% may be required. While an undergraduate degree and five years of professional office management experience are preferred, they are not required.
