Job Overview

The Village Behavioral Health seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and COO. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO and COO.
  • Serve as a liaison to the board of directors, assisting with travel arrangements and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Participate in senior management team meetings, coordinating agendas and facilitating cross-divisional coordination.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Initiatives team, editing documents and creating acknowledgement letters from the President to donors.
Requirements
  • Bilingual with 2-3 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and strong decision-making capability.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving, emotional maturity, and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, achieve high performance goals, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum. Please note that this is a competitive market rate based on industry standards.
