Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Ricoh On-Site Service Specialist** to join our team. As a key member of our print center operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume duplicating equipment, document imaging systems, and mail management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
  • Ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and apply necessary postage.
  • Provide copier maintenance and repair of customer site equipment.
  • Perform bindery, quality control, and final check tasks.
  • Assist with meeting set-ups and light maintenance duties.
  • May perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents.
  • May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a print center or document imaging environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good PC skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Mathematical and filing skills.
  • Ability to use office machines and technical equipment.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. Some physical effort is required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.
