High-End Vehicle Sales Specialist

O'GARA Beverly Hills is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging, educating, and exciting prospective customers about our brand, vehicles, promotions, and events.
- Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on our luxury vehicles, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Performance: Utilize our CRM database and tools to achieve and exceed target sales goals, including outbound phone calls, emails, texts, written communication, appointments, follow-ups, and test drives.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively work and communicate across all departments, including Finance, Service, Parts, Preowned, Marketing, and others.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participate in opening and closing showroom procedures, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
