About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lamborghini Sales Specialist to join our team at O'GARA Beverly Hills. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and educating customers on our luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our Lamborghini vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you are providing the best possible service to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and vehicles through social media and other channels.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
  • High level of proficiency and knowledge of computers, mobile devices, smartphones, and software applications.
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) desired.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to easily maneuver and troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
  • Strong professionalism and personal presentation.
  • Strong sense of teamwork with the ability to also work independently and efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a valid Driver License and be insurable.

Compensation

Minimum wage plus commission.
