Job Opportunity

Kelly Ford is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with customers to discuss the purchase of a vehicle with our Product Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with customers to discuss vehicle purchases
  • Following up with customers via phone, email, and text messaging
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Working closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
