About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team at O'GARA Beverly Hills. As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and educating customers on our luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the ambassador for the brand and O'GARA, greeting and welcoming all customers entering the showroom, assisting with controlling customer flow and traffic, and offering beverage service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging, educating, and exciting prospective customers on the brand, vehicles, promotions, and events.
  • Tour customers around the showroom and exterior lot, showcasing and highlighting vehicles and merchandise, introducing to key personnel, and discussing current and upcoming promotions and events.
  • Become the subject matter expert, attending required training classes and sales meetings, obtaining necessary training for factory certification and product knowledge for each model, and staying up-to-date with brand and company communication and vehicle alerts.
  • Utilize the brand, CRM databases, and tools to achieve and exceed target CRM goals for outbound phone calls, emails, texts, written communication, appointments, follow-ups, and test drives.
  • Ensure all new and current customer contact information and interactions are entered and/or updated into the CRM database promptly.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual and store sales and KPI targets set by management.
  • Tour and educate customers before and during test drives, ensuring all required protocols, policies, procedures, and safety precautions are followed.
  • Present management with all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles, assist with compiling all information necessary to complete the deal, and communicate and work with Porters to prepare and stage vehicles in advance of any scheduled appointments or deliveries.
  • On deliveries, execute customer documents, tour, educate, and highlight customers on vehicle functions, highlight vehicle features and functions, assist customers with setting up all personal vehicle preferences and syncing mobile devices, and partner with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience through gifting, meals, photos/videos, etc.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting vehicle technology features, provide house-call service for customers in the immediate area as needed, promote brand, company, vehicles, and events through company social media accounts, and attend on-site and off-site brand and company events as scheduled by management.
  • Effectively work and communicate across all departments, participate in opening/closing showroom procedures, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Managers.
