We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive for a prominent player in the Insurance/Financial sector.

Role Overview:
We are currently in search of a qualified and driven Commercial Insurance Account Executive to become a part of our dynamic workforce.

This hybrid remote role allows you to work from home while also providing opportunities for in-person interactions with colleagues and clients as necessary.

In this position, you will manage commercial insurance policies and deliver outstanding customer service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, your primary duties will include: 1. Overseeing a portfolio of commercial accounts and nurturing strong client relationships.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Evaluating and analyzing insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and suggesting suitable solutions.
  • Facilitating policy renewals and conducting risk assessments to ensure clients' insurance requirements are met.
  • Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
  • Staying informed about industry changes and advising clients on new products and services that may be advantageous.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and current client records in the company's database.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Commercial Insurance Account Executive position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, risk management, insurance underwriting, policy analysis, and policy renewal.

  • A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to review and assess insurance policies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, including having a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
