Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and networking strategies to maintain and grow customer portfolios, providing exceptional service to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support clients' management teams by coaching them on commercial insurance policies, ensuring a personal approach to risk management and policy decisions.
- Clearly explain all insurance coverage to clients, staying up-to-date with industry changes, limitations, regulations, and relevant legislation that may impact available insurance services.
- Develop and present risk management assessments to advise clients on ways to minimize and avoid claims, leveraging your expertise to drive business success.
- Gather all necessary information to evaluate commercial insurance needs against available insurance products, negotiating terms and conditions with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant discipline.
- Ability to advise clients on relevant policies due to a thorough understanding of commercial enterprise structures and procedures.
